Key Responsibilities:
* Work together with other Designers and design teams
* Create monthly collections and some express collections a year
* Trend research with Design Team
* Create style design sheets according to style budget, follow up that your
ideas on design sheet are followed
* Making sure that design deadlines are kept
* Work closely with buying team and pattern maker team
* Together with Designer constantly ensure upgrade of product groups:
Pinpoint and improve weak categories, fabric quality, fitting and product to
market demands from running analyzes.
* Together with Designer constantly ensure latest trimmings, fabrics,
treatments, fittings and updating of suppliers according to trend
* Constantly upgrade fabric quality, fitting and product to meet market
demands
* Be responsible for collecting offer from trim supplier, new seasons trim
research
* Show new ideas to design team leader
* Cooperate with local designers, oversea designers, buyers and technicians
in Beijing
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree and above, major in fashion design is mandatory
* Excellent English speaking and writing skills
* At least 2 years’ experience within fashion design
* Excellent in using Adobe Illustrator (a must), Photoshop and MS Office
* Very good commercial understanding
* Good communication skills, team player and be good at expressing ideas
* Used to work with deadline, and can work under pressure, well organized
