Responsibilities 工作职责 1.Field Service Activities 现场服务活动 Support proper execution of ACCEL products’ delivery, installation, test, certification on customer sites. Normally receive little instructions on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Participate in determining the objectives of the assignment. Plan schedules and activities in accomplishing objectives. Work is reviewed upon completion. 支持ACCEL产品在客户端的交付、安装、测试与取得官方认证；通常情况下在每日的工作只会获得少量的工作指导，需要能够准确获得工作目标与任务，参与相关工作并制定相关计划。其工作主要是通过结果进行评估。 Classify customer requests, set up priorities, develop practical plans and execute them on time to solve customers’ problems. 甄别客户请求，确定优先级，制定可行计划并付诸实施以及时解决客户问题。 Provide technical support to the customers by debugging，diagnosing，troubleshooting, and repairing for products including but not limited to ACCEL Full Flight Simulators and visual systems. 通过检测，诊断，排故，修理等为客户提供技术支持，所支持的产品包括但不限于安胜的飞行模拟机系统以及视景系统。 Instructs and trains customers on the operation and maintenance of the systems. 指导和培训客户进行产品的操作与维护。 Identify technical problems and issues, recommend technical solutions following product and customer specifications, and recommend actions to company or customer representatives to coordinate product solutions. 甄别技术问题和障碍，提供技术性解决方案，并提供实施方案至客户或者ACCEL公司来配合解决相关问题。 Report design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering by raising discrepancy reports. 为产品稳定性、维修问题、工程软件的技术障碍等方面设计和提交相关报告。 Maintain working knowledge of ACCEL products by periodically interacting with the engineering and operations team during Hardware to Software Integration and testing activities. 在软硬件集成与测试阶段与工程部门和运营部门进行协作以学习和维护ACCEL产品的相关知识。 2.Manufacturing Management生产制造管理 Review the feasibility of engineering design from the actual production process, complete the hardware engineering drawing approval and inspection. 从实际生产工艺方面审核工程设计的可行性，完成硬件工程图纸的审批和检查。 Conduct lean methodology to arrange manufacture assembly process and sequence. 执行精益方法来安排制造组装过程和顺序。 Improve the process safety and efficiency, reduce the cost. 改进流程的安全性和效率，降低成本。 According to milestones of the project, make rational work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals by considering personnel competence, resources availability, material supply constraints and new design progresses. 根据项目节点需要，在综合人员能力、资源可用性、材料供应限制以及新设计的进度等多重因素下，合理规划生产工作计划、任务分配和生产顺序以满足生产任务按时完成的目标。 Ensure all the necessary tools and equipment for the manufacturing process are available and properly managed. 确保制造过程所需的所有工具和设备都可用并得到妥善管理。 Ensures all charges during the manufacturing process are proceed by following the relevant change control process. 确保制造过程中进行的所有变更都遵循相关的变更控制流程。 Promotes the implementation of actions to prevent human error, and carries out effective risk management during the manufacturing process. 促进防止人为错误的措施在制造过程中的实施，同时对制造过程中实施有效的风险管理。 3.Test Activities 测试活动 Involved in planning and preparing customer installation and testing. Perform internal tests and support customers to finish acceptance tests. 参与计划与准备产品在客户端的安装与测试；完成内部测试并支持客户完成验收测试。 Record and track discrepancies of products during all test phases. 记录和跟踪产品在所有测试阶段的不符合项。 Serves as company liaison with customers on formal test phases for assigned projects. 就相关项目的测试环节与客户保持沟通与交流。 Creates and improves the ATP (Acceptance Test Procedure) to identify and close gaps in customer requirements and test requirements. 制定和改进测试程序以保证测试需求满足客户需求。 Ensures proper engagement of the whole engineering and operations teams during test events and support activities. 确保工程部门和运营部门在测试环节的协调与合作。 Analysis and provide recommendations to improve the software and hardware development. 分析并提出改进软件和硬件开发的建议。 4.Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) 环境、健康和安全 Oversees the deployment of environmental, health and safety policies and procedures on site. 全面监管公司环境、健康和安全的政策、流程和计划的执行情况。 Act as the contact window with relevant regulatory agencies on ESH. 作为安胜公司同相关监管机构的对接窗口负责外部对接工作。 Ensures the site complies with Occupational Safety and Health Administration(OSHA), Environment Protection Agency(EPA) and other applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. 确保公司符合职业及安全健康、环境保护监管部门及其它需适用的法律法规要求。 Perform the routine inspections and repairs of the site facility infrastructures, implement safety policy for plant environment. 负责公司基础设施的定期点检并视情维修，落实厂区环境的安全政策。 Manages budgets related to facility infrastructures. 负责公司厂房基础设施相关预算管理。职位福利：带薪年假、项目奖金、弹性工作、年底双薪、房补、交通补助、六险二金、员工食堂
