1.assesses the quality management system of potential suppliers and provides scores to purchasing for approving.

2.communicates supplier quality requirements to suppliers 向供应商传达供应商质量要求
3.participate in new product development project, check the ppap package from suppliers 参与新产品开发项目，检查供应商的ppap包
4.evaluates supplier quality and other performance periodically 定期监控供应商质量和其它绩效
5.works with suppliers to understand cause of quality issues, determine effective countermeasures and follow up the implementation of corrective and preventive actions 与供应商合作，了解质量问题的原因，与其共同确定有效的对策并跟踪纠正和预防措施的实施情况
manufacturing qe tasks = 30%
1.maintain and improve the quality management system, conducts or participates in internal audit.
维护和改进质量管理体系，完成或参与内部审核。
2.coordinates containment action with plant and customer locations when a reject condition calls for it
当出现不合格品，需要时与工厂和客户端协调采取遏制行动
3.works with production and/or other related departments to analyze customer complaints and take corrective actions

任职要求：
4 years engineering degree
2 years quality inspection and quality assurance experience
be able to speak english
