Responsibilities: 1、Supervision of PM and RM on equipment, to ensure the safety, reliable and stable equipment status. 根据设备的 预防性保养计划和维修计划，确保设备的安全、可靠和稳定。 2、Coordinate service requests and schedules given from the customer.协调客户提出的服务要求和计划。 3、Supervision for preparing the relevant technical document.相关技术文件的编制。 4、Review and optimize provided spare parts purchasing plan for PM and RM.审查和优化提供的备件采购计划。 5、Analyze, record and report reoccurring system failures on equipment.分析、记录和报告设备上重复出现的系统故障。 6、Record and Report finished tasks on equipment. 记录并报告已完成的设备任务。 7、Recording and Communication of the status of the equipment.记录和通报设备状态。 8、Be responsible for and lead Quality management related tasks and reports.负责与质量管理相关的任务和报告。 9、Continuous improvement for onsite equipment.持续改进现场设备。 10、Be responsible for training the maintenance technician to improve the technical level and work efficiency.负责培训维护技术人员，提高他们的技术水平和工作效率。 Qualification 1、College degree or above, majored in mechanical, electrical or related etc.大专及以上学历，机械、电气或相关专业。 2、7 years’ experience for equipment maintenance.7 年以上设备维护经验。 3、More than 2 years’ experience for team management.2 年以上团队管理经验。 4、Be familiar with hydraulic, pneumatic，mechanic systems，electrical, PLC and have the relevant maintenance experience.熟悉液压、气动和机械系统，或电气，PLC，并有相关维护经验。 5、Capable of reading and editing of hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanic system drawings, or electrical drawings.能够阅读和编辑液压、气动和机械系统图纸, 或电气图纸。 6、Be capable of diagnosing, solving and analyzing equipment failures.能够诊断、解决和分析设备故障。 7、Proficient use of computers and Microsoft Office Software.熟练使用计算机和微软办公软件。 8、To have good work attitude and team spirit, be innovative.具有良好的工作态度和团队精神，勇于创新。 9、English (read, written, spoken) is imperative.必须掌握英语（读、写、说）
