1.To supervise and inspect the operations of the contractor to comply with the HSE requirement of relevant China code as a minimum and with the appropriate specific HSE requirement of employer and HBP .监督和检查承包商的操作，使其至少符合中国相关规范的HSE要求，并符合业主和HBP的适当具体HSE要求。2.
