- purchasing 75%
· all the purchasing action related to the follow points: trading goods/tools, machine, investment/subcontracting/service and maintenance/cost center materials, working materials and auxiliary, non-production materials/dto;
· ensure the on-time availability of supplied materials to avoid any delay of production orders due to supply material shortage;
· economically for minimizing supply related costs by optimizing transaction costs, lot sizes and inventory level;
· close connection with production line/ssc and supply market.
- sap maintain 10%
· all sap maintain that related to purchasing;
· related po payment handing.
- supplier management 10%
· all the supplier management that related to purchasing;
· quotation negotiation, documents management.
- backup 5%
· backup all other staff of the department activities when necessary;
· other relative task is assigned by team leader.
job requirements:
· bachelor degree
· 3 years at least in purchasing/buyer position
· fluent english
